Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino services provided via the website horys.casino for the localized project Horus Casino (the "Site").   • User or you: Any natural person who accesses, registers for, or uses the Site, whether or not they create an Account or place a Bet.
  • Player: A User who has successfully completed registration, been accepted by the Operator, and holds an active Account on the Site.
  • Account: A personal, single-user player account opened and maintained with the Operator via the Site for the purpose of participating in Games and managing funds.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You may open an Account only if you are at least 18 years old or above the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Operator strictly prohibits underage gambling.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration information truthful, accurate, and up-to-date at all times. You must promptly update any changes, including your address and contact details.
  • Password and access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must immediately notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Use of the Account: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, nor use the Site on behalf of any other person.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Participation

Modification, Cancellation, Voids

  • Player cancellations: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator's systems, it cannot usually be cancelled or amended by the Player. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated within the Game interface.
  • Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets retroactively where a Bet has been accepted, or a payout calculated, as a result of a technical error, misconfiguration, obvious mistake, or rule breach (including but not limited to incorrect odds, malfunctioning game rounds, or RNG failures).
  • Technical failures: In case of system or Game malfunction, Bets and payouts affected by such malfunction may be declared void. Where practical, the stake associated with such Bets may be returned to the Player's Account.

Conduct, Fair Play, and Live Casino

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative behaviour, including but not limited to multi-accounting, chip-dumping, arbitrage in breach of Game rules, bonus abuse, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of technical glitches.

Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse

  • Abusive strategies: You agree not to engage in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging Bets across different accounts or sites, placing minimal-risk Bets to clear wagering, using multiple Accounts, colluding with others, or exploiting obvious errors in Bonus configuration.
  • Maximum bet while wagering: Certain Bonuses impose a maximum Bet per spin, hand, or round while wagering is in progress. Exceeding the maximum Bet may lead to confiscation of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, at the Operator's discretion.
  • Game restrictions: Some Games may be excluded from Bonus play or may be restricted until wagering is completed. Attempting to circumvent Game restrictions, including through VPNs or similar tools, is prohibited.

Combining Promotions and Changes

  • One promotion at a time: Unless explicitly stated in the relevant offer, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Available methods: The Site may support deposits via payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers, and selected cryptocurrencies, as made available from time to time. Availability depends on your country of residence, Payment Provider policies, and internal risk assessments.
  • Ownership of methods: You may only use Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership and may void transactions and Bets made using third-party Payment Methods.
  • Credit cards and UK rules: The Operator is not licensed by the UKGC and is not bound by UK-specific payment card restrictions. Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Fairness

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Non-UK regulatory status: The Operator is licensed under Curaçao law by Antillephone N.V. (licence 8048/JAZ2014-037).
